David Johnson shares the dream of the Centennial Vision,
brought to the messengers of the 2014 ASBC Annual Meeting.
During the 2013 Arizona Southern Baptist Convention’s Annual Meeting, the 288 messengers and 56 guests representing the convention’s 445 churches stood to affirm unanimously the mission and vision statements presented by David W. Johnson, Executive Director-Treasurer of the ASBC.
We are asking all Arizona Southern Baptist churches to consider adopting the Centennial Vision covenant and consider what it means for their congregation to be a Centennial Vision Church. If we are going to work together to accomplish this vision, each church must do its part. If we believe God has given us this vision, it cannot be something that is just voted on in an annual meeting and forgotten. We must take personal ownership and work together to make it happen!
